Delays and Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Saintgerman is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged Packages
